West Midlands based but World Wide in its remit, Lloyds British Training Services has been undertaking a major training and development exercise for JCB at its Rocester Head Office in Staffordshire .
Delivering categories of Industrial Truck Training to production personnel has been a major logistical challenge , as the scope of work has included the Backhoe , Excavator , and Loadall Divisions . The courses themselves have been running for over a year , although the relationship between the two companies has been active for a lot longer. Steve Downing Training Director for Lloyds said “ the numbers of
delegates requiring training at all levels meant that at times we were onsite seven days per week and had to work around the shift patterns when required , however having a large team of full time Training Officers has meant that we could guarantee continued presence and have the required skill set available to meet the need “
