Lloyds were asked to provide bespoke Safety training to various grades of employees who work in the Terminal, from Passenger Services personnel to members of Management.
Now that the new Terminal is up and running successfully, the safety of the workforce, contractors and passengers is paramount especially during one of the busiest times of the year for air travel to and from the UK, Lloyds were able to provide specialist general safety training especially with regard to human factors and workplace behaviour.
Steve Downing Group Safety and Training Director for Lloyds British said "As a Training provider we have extensive experience in air side and non airside safety, worked for most of the UKs Airports, Handling Agents, and Service Partners.
Our work at T5 demonstrates the broad range of experience and skill within Lloyds British, our ability to work closely with clients within any sector and Industry, wherever required in the world".
